By making a reservation with Labuan Bajo Tour Guide, you are deemed to have read and agreed to our terms and conditions. A reservation is valid after a minimum down payment of 30–50% is made, and the balance must be paid no later than one day before departure.
Introduction
Welcome to Labuan Bajo Tour Guide – HPI Mabar. By booking a tour, using our services, or browsing this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
Booking & Payment
•A booking is confirmed once we receive a deposit 30% of your payment
•Full payment must be completed before the start of the tour.
•Payments can be made via bank transfer, online payment, or other methods agreed upon.
Cancellations & Refunds
•Cancellations made 30+ days before the tour: Full refund minus admin fee.
•Cancellations made 15–29 days before the tour: 50% refund.
•Cancellations made less than 14 days before the tour: Non-refundable.
•In case of force majeure (weather, government regulations, natural disasters), we will offer to reschedule or provide an alternative solution.
Travel Insurance
We highly recommend guests to purchase personal travel insurance covering medical emergencies, accidents, lost luggage, and trip cancellations.
Safety & Responsibility
•Our certified guides will ensure safety during tours, but all activities (trekking, snorkeling, diving, sailing) carry inherent risks.
•Guests are responsible for following guide instructions.
•Labuan Bajo Tour Guide is not liable for loss, injury, or accidents caused by negligence, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control.
Changes to Itinerary
•Weather, port regulations, cultural ceremonies and wildlife conditions may require itinerary changes.
•We reserve the right to adjust routes, schedules, or activities for the safety and comfort of our guests.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be settled in accordance with Indonesian law.
